Please do not book without reading and approving all of my policies! I know rules are no fun, but boundaries are healthy :) If you don’t agree to the pre-care guidelines and policies, your appointment may be cancelled and you may lose your deposit, so please be respectful of my time and process in the following ways:

  • RESULTS: Healed results vary due to the organic nature of skin, so results are never guaranteed. Additional sessions (priced accordingly) or makeup may be needed to achieve your desired look. Reading the pre-booking and aftercare guidelines, as well as my FAQ will optimize your results.

  • PREVIOUS WORK: If you’ve previously had this work done elsewhere, even if it’s old or faded, please email me a photo for pre-approval. If you book without pre-approval and your submitted photo shows it’s not workable, your appointment may be cancelled. I’m always happy to discuss your options via email, so send me photos!

  • REFRESHES: Refreshes are for returning SAGE clients. I recommend waiting 3-5 years, or until your tattoo is at least 50% faded. If your artist is no longer at SAGE, you may book with me. If you’re not a returning client, please email for pre-approval.

  • PREGNANCY + NURSING: I legally cannot tattoo you while you’re pregnant. If you become pregnant between sessions, congrats! Sadly, I will have to cancel your follow-up.

  • FOLLOW-UPS: If you miss your follow-up session, or fail to re-book it within 8 weeks, you may be charged a deposit to book a new one.

  • RESCHEDULING: Deposits are non-refundable. If you’d like to reschedule, you may do so once before the 72 hour window. If it is less than 72 hours, you will need a new deposit to rebook at a later date, as your deposit then serves as a cancellation fee.

  • ILLNESS: If you are sick, please stay home and reschedule. It is a courtesy for mine and other clients’ health, as well as our ability to work.

  • CANCELLATION: If you decide to cancel your appointment for any reason, even with more than 72 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • LATE POLICY: Please text me to say you’re running late! Having to rush compromises the quality of my work and your results, while affecting other time commitments. If you are 15+ minutes late or miss your appointment, I won’t be able to accommodate you. Your procedure will be cancelled and your deposit will serve as a no-show / cancellation fee. This means you’ll need a new deposit to book again.

  • 18+ ONLY: You must upload a valid photo ID (in the consent form) and be at least 18 years of age to be tattooed. Please don’t bring children with you, as it is not a safe or supervised environment for them, and can distract me from doing great work. If you can’t find care for your child, please reschedule before the 72 hour window.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service and will ask you to leave if you are disrespectful.
