Please do not book without reading and approving all of our policies. If you don’t agree to our pre-care and policies, your appointment may be cancelled and you’ll lose your deposit.

  • RESULTS: Healed results vary due to the organic nature of skin. Results are never guaranteed. Makeup or additional sessions (priced accordingly) may be needed to achieve your desired look. SAGE strongly advises you adhere to our pre-booking and aftercare guidelines and read our FAQ for optimal results.

  • FOLLOW-UPS: If you miss your complimentary follow-up session, or fail to book it within 12 weeks, you may be charged a deposit of $150 to book a new one.

  • ANNUALS: To book an annual touch up at a lower price, your most recent session must have been done at SAGE within the past 3 years. If you are NOT a returning customer for that service, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit that deposit.

  • COVER-UPS + CORRECTIONS: If you’ve had work done in the desired treatment area by another artist (even if faded) you must email a photo for approval before booking.

  • RESCHEDULING: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you’d like to reschedule, you may do so ONE time before the 48 hour window. If it is less than 48 hours, you will need a new deposit to rebook.

  • CANCELLATION: If you decide to cancel your appointment for any reason, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • LATE POLICY: Please call to say you’re running late! If you are 20+ minutes late or miss your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and you may have to rebook with a new deposit.

  • 18+ ONLY: You must present a valid photo ID to be tattooed. Please don’t bring children with you to your appointment, as it is not a safe or supervised environment for them, and focus is needed for good results. If you can’t find care for your child in advance, please reschedule before the 48 hour window.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service.
